Vole - Seoul

The Staffs are very polite. Drinkings are for free. The room is very clean and the facilities are consideratable. The hotel is in a very lively location. The rooms are smaller than we thought. I like this hotel in anyhow.

It was difficult to get a non-smoking room that didn't stink with smoke odours.

Hotel is situated in a prime location in Gangnam. It is fairly close to the places I want to do my shopping (ie. Gangnam Station, Garusogil, Apujeong). I also like the fact that I can open the window for fresh air. I was lucky to find one of the hotel staff speaks good English and he was very helpful in giving us directions etc.

The room was small (can only fit 2 persons). The window was quite dusty. The bath towels were not as clean. The mattress was hard which was good for my back but others might not like it as much. My friend told me that, save for the branded, 5-star hotels, any boutique hotels in Seoul are "love hotels" but I didn't encounter any events at Vole which would make me agree with my friend.

It was very clean and neat.

The centralized heating sistem made the room a little too hot for my tastes, and it wasn't possible to lower the temperature in any other way than opening the widows or turning on the air conditioner.

I like Vole Hotel.There is friendly personal. My room was not so big (as I like), clean, comfortable. Room just for business trip. Room where I can just sleep and go to work each morning.

it's a love hotel and got waken up at 8am on a sunday morning by those noise! How embaressing!!!!

Hotel is clean enough, quiet atmosphere, kind personal, good location.

Newly frubished, generally clean, staff friendly and helpful, had computer in the room, had everything necessary in the room and it was reasonably quiet. The little kimonos were cute.

- found a used paper tissue beside the bed - staff's english was basic but no more than that - too hot in the room (heating through floor, and small window made airco only option - in november!!!) - Was not bothered by the lack of cupboards but that can be an issue

Hotel is not like hotel as others country because this hotel like for shorts stay for couple date in this hotel similar like motel .

We stayed at a standard room which was well appointed. The decor is very nice and it appears that the renovations have been done recently (but no paint odours). The room comprises a comfortable and a very clean bed, a large size flat screen LG TV with many channels, a desktop computer witha 20 ' monitor with free internet access, and a remote control device that controls the TV and all the room lights. The bathroom is elegant and spacious. The hotel provides free drinks and the staff speak english and are polite and friendly.
